Refund Policy:

The majority of our products fall under the non-returnable category. We do not accept returns for any of our products. Therefore, we strongly advise customers to make well-informed decisions before purchasing. We maintain a non-refundable product policy, with exceptions made only in special cases or for genuine reasons, subject to our discretion.

Refunds or store credits may be issued in cases of product unavailability or non-delivery. Please note that the processing time for refunds or store credits typically ranges from 3 to 5 days, depending on the payment service provider. Refunds will be returned using the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not issue refunds or store credits to a different user or payment method.

Ultimately, we reserve the sole right to approve or decline refund requests.

Warranty Policy:

Many of our products come with various warranty options, while some do not offer warranty coverage. Please review the warranty information provided for each specific product.

In the event of a warranty claim or paid repairs, it is the customer's responsibility to safely send the products to us. Any damages or missing items during transit to us will be the customer's responsibility, and no claims can be made by customers.

Payment for paid repairs should be completed within 15 days. We will dispatch the repaired goods to the original customer's name only; third-party deliveries are not facilitated. All disputes or claims must be settled within 7 days of delivery, as we will not entertain claims after this timeframe.

We will hold your repairs/warranty claims for 15 days at our repair center. Customers are responsible for making payments or arranging pickups if they disagree with the repair cost. After 15 days, we are not liable for your goods.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

GLOBELLE PMU collaborates with top-tier shipping partners in India, enabling nationwide delivery. However, it's crucial to understand that shipping times are subject to various factors, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or civil unrest in your region. Depending on your delivery address, it may take up to 7 days or more for your order to reach you. As we rely on courier companies for delivery, our liability is limited in cases of delays or unsuccessful deliveries.

In exceptional circumstances where your order faces prolonged delays or is undelivered, we may initiate the return process and provide a refund in accordance with our refund policies. Alternatively, we can arrange for the order to be shipped to you again.

Upon receiving your package, we urge you to promptly inspect the package and verify its contents. If you suspect that the package has been tampered with or opened, please refrain from accepting it and return it without acknowledgment. Once you accept the package, both the shipping company and GLOBELLE PMU bear limited liability for any missing items or theft during shipping.

After receiving the package, we recommend cross-checking its contents against your order. If you identify any discrepancies, missing items, or items different from your order, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Beyond this timeframe, we cannot accept responsibility for such issues. If any product malfunctions within 3 days of delivery, it will be considered "dead on arrival," and we will provide a resolution in line with our warranty and product usage policy.
